The Atlanta Economics Club was formed more than 50 years ago as a forum for discussion of common interests of economists connected with private business enterprise, with federal, state or local government activity, or with business related academia. We are the local affiliate of the National Association for Business Economics (NABE).

Mission Statement

Education and empower economics students and professionals across Georgia with meaningful insights into economic trends and key issues.
We seek to offer:

  • A convenient place for fellow professionals in business economics to convene and discuss important issues on the local, state, regional and national scale
  • An avenue for speakers to present in-depth topics of special interest to business leaders in the metro area
  • Opportunities for universities, community organizations and other professional groups to gather and discuss current issues with local business professionals
